The Captain DMA 4K120 Capture Card is a professional-grade video capture device built for esports streaming, game recording and dual-PC workflows. It ingests the source feed via DP Input, loops it out with zero latency to your local monitor, and delivers the frame to a second PC over USB — all in lossless quality.
Milled from a single block of anodized aluminum with a brushed matte finish. A built-in fan plus metal thermal conduction keeps it rock-stable under sustained high-bandwidth load.

💡 Multi-Monitor Tip: If your monitor is also connected directly to the GPU, set your system to Duplicate mode — quick-switch with Windows Key + P.
QUICK START
- Connect — run a DP cable from your main PC’s GPU to the capture card’s DP Input; run a USB-C cable from USB Capture to your capture/streaming PC.
- Loop-Out (optional) — for local monitoring, connect a DP cable from DP Output to your monitor.
- Switch EDID — press the on-device button to cycle between Default EDID and Display-Emulated EDID to match your monitor.
- Power-Loss Memory — no need to reconfigure; the card auto-saves your current state on power-down.
- Start Capturing — open your capture software (OBS, official tools, etc.) and select the UVC device.
NOTES
- ⚠️ When feeding 4K120 or 2K144 input, do not use the on-device audio I/O ports (MIC / HP / L.IN).
- Choose your capture format by resolution: 4K (3840×2160) is MJPEG-only; NV12 supports up to 2560×1440p60.
- Use certified DP 1.4 and USB 3.x cables to guarantee full-bandwidth pass-through.
- This device uses active cooling with a built-in fan. As long as the air vents are not blocked, it runs problem-free.
