How to Return a Product

Standard Return Policy

1.For received or in-transit products:

  ● Returns accepted within 7 days of product receipt, provided it’s unused, unmodified, with original firmware retained, and includes all accessories and documentation.

  ● Contact us at info@captaindma.com before returning.

  ● Buyer bears shipping and customs duty costs. PayPal payments incur a 4.4% deduction by the bank, cryptocurrency payments a 5% deduction by the trading platform.

  ● Returned products may undergo inspection. Approved refunds or exchanges processed within 10 working days.

  ● Video proof of returned item’s packaging required.

  ● CaptainDMA hardware is for research use only; no software support provided.

2.For unshipped products:

  ● Buyer bears refund handling fee: 4.4% for PayPal, 5% for cryptocurrency.

  ● Immediately notify us; if shipped, follows shipped product return rules. We are unable to offer returns for refunds for the following

Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
Note: It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
